Bridging the Generation Gap

I directed and produced Bridging the Generation Gap, a short documentary highlighting the powerful connections formed between youth and seniors living with dementia through art. Filmed over several days, the project required a sensitive and flexible approach to interviews, often revisiting participants to accommodate the day-to-day realities of dementia. Through this process, I captured moments of joy, vulnerability, and unexpected connection that speak to the power of patience, empathy, and creative expression. The result is an intimate portrait of creativity, empathy, and intergenerational connection.
